Shipping & Returns
Shipping
We ship orders from our Aberdeen, Scotland office, Monday to Friday. Orders placed before noon (UK time) are generally dispatched the same day. All other orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- United Kingdom: 2–4 business days from dispatch. Free UK shipping on orders over £50.
- European Union: 5–12 business days from dispatch. Orders under €150 include a flat €3 import VAT/handling fee at checkout, with nothing further to pay on delivery. Orders of €150 or more may have import VAT and duties collected by your local customs authority on delivery.

Returns & Cancellations
If you're in the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason. To cancel, email us at lineageneedles@gmail.com or use our cancellation form. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
We cover return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, such as an incorrect or defective item.
Damaged Items
If your items arrive damaged, please email lineageneedles@gmail.com with photos of the damaged products and the contents of the box, not just the packaging. We'll replace the items where possible and handle the carrier claim on our end.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items, for the same product originally purchased, or a refund if it's no longer available.
